1602 - Senior ATGPAC Training Requirements and Policy Analyst

Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior ATGPAC Training Requirements and Policy Analyst to join our team at San Diego NB, CA. The ideal candidate will have 20 years of surface navy experience as a Naval Officer and knowledge of various training and certification processes.

Requirements

• Must have 20 years of surface navy experience as a Naval Officer
• Must be a qualified Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) and Tactical Action Officer (TAO)
• Must have 5 years of experience at a major staff or training command planning, tracking, monitoring, and conducting data analysis of surface ship training and certification
• Must have experience creating and presenting Flag Level briefs
• Must have experience in the Surface Warfare Enterprise (SWE) surface navy requirements development and resourcing process as it pertains to surface ship training
• Must be a U.S. citizen
