Senior Project Manager (Government projects)

We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Senior Project Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee the delivery of existing projects and lead the launch of new initiatives. You will manage a portfolio of existing projects and lead the initiation of new ones across different domains.

Requirements

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within scope, time, and budget
• Establish and maintain effective delivery supervision across the portfolio
• Build and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and growth
• Select and adapt project management methodologies to fit project needs
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders
• Communicate closely with customers to manage expectations and support business development
• Coordinate resources, delegate tasks, and monitor progress
• Resolve conflicts and promote a high-performance team culture
• Utilize project management tools to ensure transparency and progress tracking
