We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Director of Advisor Success to join our Advisor Success team. This individual will play a critical role in leading and supporting the advisor onboarding experience to foster strong, long-term relationships that drive retention and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in the financial services industry and/or working with financial advisors
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Basecamp, Zoom, Slack, and Hubspot
- Experience in onboarding, client success, or relationship management roles
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, priorities, and communications effectively
- Familiarity with marketing, branding, and seminar marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for customer success
