Onboarding Specialist

Signal Advisors is seeking an experienced Onboarding & Transitions Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is critical to the success of investment advisors joining their platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition process from start to finish. The Onboarding & Transitions Specialist will act as a trusted guide for RIAs and Investment Advisor Representatives (IARs) transitioning to Signal Wealth, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their onboarding and transition journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience in advisor onboarding or transitions within the RIA industry
• In-depth knowledge of custodial platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab) and RIA operational workflows
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple transitions simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accountability
• Ability to thrive in a client-focused, high-performance culture
