Job Description
Field-based, hands-on position supporting the construction of a solar field. Assists with various activities including pile installation, tracker shakeout, and module installation. Requires working outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Able to conduct repetitive actions
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills
- Experience working on construction projects preferred
- GED or equivalent education preferred
