Job Description
The Airside Experience Specialist is responsible for providing safe and exceptional service to guests of the private aviation terminal. The role involves operating ground service equipment, collaborating with team members, and ensuring efficient and accurate communication to accomplish operational tasks.
Requirements
- Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently
- Collaborate, cooperate, and work closely with all team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers
- Operate and drive ground service equipment
- Load and unload luggage and other cargo into/out of aircraft and from/into the PAT, guest vehicle, or other mode of transportation
- Provide professional and friendly guest service
