The Director, Global Benefits will oversee the strategic planning and administration of employee benefits programs across the organization, including developing and implementing benefit programs such as health, wellness, retirement plans, and managing benefit contracts with vendors.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a global benefits strategy
- Evaluate and enhance existing benefits programs
- Provide strategic input on benefits related to mergers, acquisitions, and business expansions
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in each country
- Monitor and manage benefits costs
- Partner with Global benefits brokers
- Evaluate external benefits providers
- Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance
- Develop communication strategies to educate employees about benefit options
- Oversee the annual benefits enrollment process
- Analyze benefits and survey data to assess program effectiveness
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in benefits management
