Job Description
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, providing a warm and professional welcome and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling guest inquiries, processing transactions, and providing concierge services.
Requirements
- Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive
- Collaborate with team members to ensure services are handled efficiently
- Provide concierge services including arranging reservations and handling billing disputes
