As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, coordinate services, and ensure a smooth and memorable experience.
Requirements
- Meet and greet guests and crews
- Effectively collaborate with team members and guests
- Accurately process guest purchases and fuel transactions
- Provide concierge services
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve requests
- Maintain a working knowledge of Signature's facilities and services
- Monitor arriving and departing flights
- Promote and sell the Company's services and products
