Job Description
The Lead Executive Recruiter will lead full cycle executive recruiting for the company, partnering with senior leaders on executive hiring priorities and sourcing top talent. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader of executive search with a proven ability to lead teams and hire quality executives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Lead full life cycle recruiting for a broad range of positions
- Partner with the Director, Talent Acquisition, to develop and execute a best-in-class executive recruiting process and strategy
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to fuel talent pipelines
- Leverage emerging technologies to enhance executive recruiting strategies
- Create, lead, and execute the executive search process
- Govern and report on recruiting metrics and search firm spend
