Job Description
Diamonds Direct is seeking a Jewelry Concierge to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for submitting and verifying custom orders, overseeing the special/custom order process, and interacting with vendors and customers. The role requires 1+ years of jewelry industry experience, knowledge of CAD, Excel, and Photoshop, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 1+ years of jewelry industry experience
- 1+ years of experience with custom jobs
- Basic understanding of placing CAD requests with designers, vendors and knowledge of reading CAD to get cost for pieces
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Excel
- Knowledgeable in Photoshop
- Ability to work well with a team of diverse personalities
- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing
- Must be able to travel to shows a minimum of three times per year
