- Represent Diamonds Direct at designated functions and marketing opportunities
- Stays abreast of current and relevant trends in the industry
- Creates and manages employee schedules
- Trains and develops sales professionals
- Collaborates with GM & VP to set monthly and annual store goals
- Ensures inventory control and best practices
- Develops and maintains relationships with key customers
- Demonstrates exemplary customer service and coach employees to do the same
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
