Administrative Assistant

Significance is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations in compliance with Navy policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Two years general experience providing secretarial duties and administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records, payroll, preparations of briefings, filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Associates Degree in any field; 4 years of related experience can substitute for degree
