Logistics Analyst

Significance, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) G-4 Supply Branch. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently manage complex tasking, produce high-quality written products, and operate effectively within Marine Corps task management processes with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 3–7 years supporting DoD logistics, supply, financial management, PPBE/PPB&E, or related operations
• Bachelor’s degree
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Demonstrated experience operating independently within government task management environments
• Experience supporting ETMS2, AMHS, tasker management systems, or comparable DoD workflow/task management tools
• Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, templates, and policy guidance
• Strong written communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare executive-ready products, correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
• Experience coordinating with external stakeholders and resolving cross-functional issues
• Strong document management, organization, and records control skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines with minimal oversight
