Automation Developer

Signify is seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join their automation team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath.

Requirements

• Proactively taking ownership of additional responsibilities and driving initiatives as a senior team member
• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and associated tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop secure, scalable, and compliant automation workflows aligned with organizational standards and governance frameworks
• Conduct Proofs of Concept (PoCs), perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize bot performance to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive documentation (PDD, SDD, and operational guides) to support audit and compliance requirements
• Stay current with the latest UiPath features and industry trends, contributing to internal innovation and automation initiatives
