Laboratory Manager

Signify is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Laboratory Manager to lead our laboratory operations, ensuring accurate measurement processes, strong engineering support, and continuous improvement of product quality. In this role, you will oversee daily laboratory activities, guide a multidisciplinary team, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to secure product compliance, measurement excellence, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Quality Management, Engineering, or a related technical field degree
• Experience in quality assurance or laboratory management
• Knowledge of laboratory accreditation standards
• Practical experience with ISO/IEC 17025 implementation
• Knowledge of lighting luminaire manufacturing standard (optional)
• Experience in managing a team of specialists
• Good communication in English and Polish
