As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes to enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and production performance within the Littlestown Production Unit. You will drive continuous improvement, implement digital manufacturing solutions, and support the successful launch of new products and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in engineering, project management, or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (internship experience qualifies)
- Knowledge of 3D Printing or additive manufacturing a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, advanced planning, organizational, and implementation skills with a passion for results
- Deep understanding of continuous improvement with effective change management skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership
- Data driven with a fact-based mindset, and effective at reporting and communicating relevant information
