Signify is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Specialist to join its cross-country team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Workday integrations to ensure data integrity and optimal performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, and implementing new integrations. The role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM integrations, with expertise in technical knowledge of Workday integration options and XML coding.
Requirements
- Partner with COEs/Service Centers to translate strategic objectives into requirements and design for Workday integrations
- Implement and deploy new Workday integrations, including management of internal and external suppliers, change management, and communication
- Recommend improvements to existing Workday integrations based on external developments, internal strategy, and insights
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Workday HCM integrations, including timely resolution of issues and monitoring performance via KPIs
