Job Description
At Signifyd, we're hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Team on a 6-month contract to hire specialized technical tracks, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning. This role requires full-cycle ownership, AI-enhanced sourcing, process architecture, candidate advocacy, system mastery, strategic advisory, and global pipeline management. Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment.
- Proven track record of hiring specialized roles, specifically within Engineering, Data Science, & Machine Learning.
- Deep experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Gem sourcing.
- Passive Talent Hunting and crafting highly personalized outreach to passive candidates.
- Self-Starter DNA and thriving in ambiguity.
- Impeccable verbal and written skills.
- Proven experience navigating the complexities of global hiring.
