Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. After a comprehensive training period, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of hand tools and semi- and fully-automatic strapping and wrapping machines at customer sites across Spain.
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in a technical field (mechanical or electrical preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar field service or technical support role
- Strong mechanical skills; electrical knowledge is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); Spanish or Italian is a plus
- Willingness to travel and work independently
- Comfortable using MS Office and basic digital tools
