Requirements
- Minimum of an Active Florida 4-40 (Customer Representative License)
- 1+ years experience servicing Personal Lines Insurance
- Applied Epic experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to perform and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prompt response times
- Knowledge of insurance products and their application to business
- Professional phone/office etiquette
- Maintains a cordial and professional relationship and has a strong service focus
