Job Description
Sila is hiring a Process Integration Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing process workflows to maximize yield, reliability, and performance. The role involves experimenting with new materials, analyzing process data, and designing efficient manufacturing flows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on process development and/or engineering experience
- Proficient in statistical software and the application of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or a related field
