Job Description
Glasco is seeking an energetic and dynamic Field Supervisor to lead a team of HVAC installation technicians. This position involves overseeing installations, ensuring profitability, and delivering premium services while developing and improving the installation department. The Field Supervisor will report to the Installation Manager and work in both an office and on-site environment.
Requirements
- Trade degree in a related field (4 years from a recognized university or college)
- Several years of working experience
- Valid driving license and a clean driving record
- Administrative and supervisory experience (added benefit)
