We are seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation team, ensuring that residential retrofit and replacement projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Lead and manage a team of HVAC installation technicians
- Plan, schedule, and oversee residential swap-out and retrofit installations
- Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and service teams
- Train, mentor, and coach team members
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and manufacturer specifications
- Conduct quality inspections on installations and provide feedback to technicians
- Maintain accurate project documentation
