Job Description
Triangle Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join their team. As a key player, you'll be responsible for precision installations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Maintain a consistently high level of installation quality.
- Complete HVAC installations within established timeframes.
- Achieve a first-time installation success rate.
- Continuously update and enhance technical skills.
- Maintain a perfect safety record.
- Provide effective mentorship and guidance to Install Apprentice.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with customers.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of installation details.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Actively participate in performance reviews and self-assessments.
- Maintain a consistent record of punctuality and attendance.
