With 50 years of experience, they provide HVAC services to residential and light commercial clients. The role involves safely and efficiently installing HVAC systems, mentoring an apprentice, and upholding high standards of craftsmanship and customer service.

Requirements

• Maintain a consistently high level of installation quality.
• Complete HVAC installations within established timeframes.
• Achieve a first-time installation success rate.
• Continuously update and enhance technical skills.
• Maintain a perfect safety record.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the Install Apprentice.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of installation details.
• Work collaboratively with the Install Apprentice and other team members.
• Actively participate in performance reviews and self-assessments.
• Maintain a consistent record of punctuality and attendance.
