Job Description
My Plumber Plus is seeking a Residential Service Plumber to join their tight-knit, family-owned team established since 1982. The ideal candidate will be a skilled troubleshooter and customer advocate, capable of diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently while prioritizing customer satisfaction and maintaining a professional demeanor. This role offers opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential service experience
- Master or Journeyman License preferred
- Backflow License preferred
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to diagnose, repair and replace
- Great communication skills
- Ability to take care of customers Plumbing needs
- Desire to learn and grow in your profession
- Motivated to drive your own income through uncapped commissions
- Ability to pass pre-employment requirements
- Clear driving record with valid driver's license
