Job Description
Sila is seeking experienced Service Plumbers to join their team. As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for completing plumbing upgrades, repairs, and water treatment installations, while also establishing customer rapport and providing excellent customer service. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a lucrative hourly wage, commission, and bonuses.
Requirements
- High school degree
- 2+ years of experience in plumbing and HVAC repair
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
