Requirements

• Create necessary shipping and customs documents
• Create transportation documents for 3PL
• Cooperate with forwarding agents in terms of disposition, tracking, and general correspondence
• Independent monitoring of shipments
• Self-responsible processing and shipping of worldwide sample shipments
• Handling of ocean freight shipments
• Request for special transports
• Handling of complaints
• Internal coordination with sales, production, shipping, and quality management
