Requirements

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and qualify suppliers
• Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand sourcing needs
• Track global and domestic trends in key commodities
• Work with existing and new vendors to ensure alignment with quality, capacity, and productivity expectations
• Identify and qualify alternative suppliers to enhance supply chain flexibility and resilience
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and environmental regulations
• Analyze procurement data and metrics to measure performance
