Job Description
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery, troubleshoot electrical issues, and support production teams.
Requirements
- Licensed electrician or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and controls
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, GMP, and housekeeping practices
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying environmental conditions
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and use of hand tools
