Job Description
Investigates, evaluates and takes appropriate action to maintain performance of machinery and all equipment within manufacturing facility. Actively pursues opportunities to improve reliability, safety and overall equipment performance.
Requirements
- Safety: Enforce safety policies and report safety violations. Know and apply written safety procedures, inspect work areas, and look for unsafe acts
- Production: Train personnel on new equipment, maximize production throughput of quality product, and follow Silgan standard practices
- Other duties as assigned
