Job Description
The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring product safety and quality by promoting safety throughout the facility, adhering to safety policies and standards, and following GMP guidelines and good documentation practices.
Requirements
- Adhering to all Silgan Safety Policies & Standards
- Following GMP Guidelines and Good Documentation practices
- Understanding and following proper LOTO lock out/tag out procedures
- Never removing or bypassing machine guards
- Being cautious and aware of lift trucks and moving equipment
- Reporting all injuries or incidents to your supervisor immediately
