Job Description
Silgan Containers is hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for our Napoleon, Ohio, manufacturing plant. The job includes pay from $33.15 to $39.18 per hour, overtime and shift differentials, a $5000 hiring bonus, and various benefits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of experience as an industrial mechanic, maintenance mechanic, or maintenance technician in manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting and measurement skills
- Safety focused mindset with attention to detail
