Job Description
Silicon Labs is seeking a Director - Software Project Management to lead a global Software Project Management Office (SW PMO) responsible for portfolio planning, program execution governance, and on-time delivery of highly complex IoT software-enabled product solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in EE, CE, CS, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of project or program management leadership experience.
- Experience with complex semiconductor software development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Deep expertise in project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Critical Path/Chain, EVM).
