Silicon Labs is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the Broad Market Product Line and drive mass-market adoption across our wireless IoT portfolio. The successful candidate will synthesize voice-of-market insights into actionable broad market roadmap and go-to-market priorities, align cross-functional teams, and build repeatable systems to grow and accelerate mass-market customer adoption.
Requirements
- Drive key initiatives in support of the Broad Market Product Line strategy to improve mass-market adoption and the end-to-end customer journey.
- Develop and manage business cases for broad market initiatives (growth, profitability, customer experience impact), using data-driven analysis and clear prioritization rationale.
- Assess broad market portfolio competitiveness and identify gaps/opportunities to improve our whole product offering.
- Shape and execute broad market-focused module and ecosystem strategies that expand market reach, accelerate time-to-market, and strengthen differentiation.
- Implement repeatable mechanisms (voice-of-market intake, prioritization frameworks, readiness scorecards, post-launch learning) that improve execution quality and predictability.
