Job Description
The FT Youth & Teen Staff will work with the Youth and Teen Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator to monitor and work with program participants in both the Ticonderoga Teen Center and the Silver Bay Summer Camp. The role requires flexibility to work with a variety of activities and age groups, as well as maintaining effective working relationships with staff, peers, children, volunteers, and parents.
Requirements
- Previous experience in implementing fun, meaningful, and age-appropriate programs for youth and teens
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications or willingness to be certified
- Child Abuse Prevention and other Y training within 14 days of hire
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
