Clinical Educator

The Nurse Educator is a registered professional nurse who demonstrates expertise in a specific area of clinical nursing. The Educator position is based on the needs of the patient, healthcare system and expertise of the educator.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
• Master’s degree required.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a specific area of expertise.
• Exhibits personal characteristics that enhance the effectiveness of the role, including effective interpersonal communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Active CPR certification through AHA required.
