Patient Service Rep II - Medical Groups

Responsible for coordinating after visit activities, including collection and review of forms, printing of the After Visit Summary (AVS), and communicating payment policies.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma required.
• Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of insurance preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
