Banquet Bartender

The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing the highest quality service to guests and servers and maintaining the Silverado Resort Standards of cleanliness and sanitation while following the requirements of the Banquet Event Order.

Requirements

• Adhere to the company's Service culture
• Participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador
• Participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Set up events according to resort standards and Banquet Event Order
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to resort's mixing and presentation standards
• Serve guests with all beverage requirements in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
• Follow all state liquor laws
• Abide by all resort policies and safety rules
