Job Description
As a Market Barista, you will be responsible for a wide range of different tasks in your day-to-day interactions with your customers. You’ll be responsible for making various types of coffee drinks along with food items and not limited to retails options.
Requirements
- Must adhere to the company’s Service culture
- Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador
- Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
- Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask
- Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings and must be able to make recommendations
- Must abide by all resort policies and safety rules
- Must have a thorough knowledge of all the retail items at the store
