Hospice Executive Director (Administrator)

We’re hiring an Executive Director (Administrator) – a strategic and compassionate leader who oversees hospice operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare or Administration preferred
• Certificate in Hospice Management preferred
• Preferred 2–5 years of experience functioning as an Administrator or Executive Director for a hospice provider
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Must comply with all state and federal driving regulations
• Associates in driving-required roles must maintain a valid and active driver’s license; failure to do so may result in reassignment, suspension, or termination per company policy
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours based on business needs
