Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Engineering to head up the Investment Operations product area. The role will involve providing strategic leadership, championing innovation, and ensuring alignment with SimCorp’s vision and objectives.
Requirements
- Solid engineering background with professional software development experience
- Minimum five years experience leading cross-functional teams within a medium/large sized product area
- Good understanding of core engineering practices such as testing methodologies, coding, CI/CD, AI, security and architecture
