Accountant

Role Overview

We're seeking an Accountant to support our Financial Controller across month-end close, reporting and analysis. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial results, maintaining balance sheet integrity and supporting audits and statutory reporting.

What You Will Do

Prepare and process journals, accruals and adjustments to support month-end close, reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances, assist with management reporting, variance analysis and commentary, maintain the Fixed Asset Register, support statutory reporting requirements and audit processes, contribute to process improvement and documentation.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance/Commerce (CPA/CA or working towards is desirable), experience in a similar accounting role, strong Excel skills and high attention to detail, confident communicator who can work with both finance and operational stakeholders.
