Job Description
SimIS Inc. is seeking a Naval SME to support mission readiness of DoD test and evaluation (T&E) capabilities, infrastructure, and workforce to support DoD modernization.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- 10 years of multi-disciplinary technical and analytical experience with a minimum of five (5) years in Naval Warfare systems.
- 3 years of Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) or similar technical T&E management experience.
- Ability to work with a wide range of contributors.
- Experience in the development, drafting, editing, publishing, distribution, coordination of executive-level communication deliverables.
- Experience tracking team progress to plan.
- Experience with strategic planning and solution development.
- Knowledge/experience with DoD PPBE, JCIDS, DFAR.
