Job Description
As a Community Banker II, you will be responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining commercial, residential, and consumer loans, as well as cross-selling the bank's other business lines in community markets through a relational business development plan.
Requirements
- Sell prospects and customers through relational selling in a trusted advisor role
- Establish and negotiate the terms under which commercial credit will be extended
- Review and analyze financial information to determine a customer's creditworthiness
- Monitor loan repayment activities, the collection of past due accounts, and credit and collateral deficiencies
