Financial Center Manager I

Simmons Bank is a dynamic regional community bank seeking a Financial Center Manager I to lead a team in meeting the financial needs of customers through a consultative approach while providing exceptional customer service. The FCM is accountable for achieving defined financial metrics and recruiting and developing associates to surpass their performance objectives.

Requirements

• Manage all goal attainment, service, marketing, and operations of the banking center
• Recruit, train, develop, evaluate, and coach staff
• Ensure personal, associates, and branch goals are met
• Grow existing and develop new small business banking relationships
• Maintain high client satisfaction by retaining and developing engaged associates
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
