Specialty Cutter (Night Shift)

The Specialty Cutter will be responsible for cutting and trimming products to meet company standards and customer requirements. They will work on a moving conveyor belt, spreading or styling product by hand, and perform multiple types of packing and weighing. The role requires good decision-making and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and understand scale and product numbers
• High school degree or equivalent
• Preference for poultry or food processing organization
• Ability to make good decisions and communicate effectively with others and leadership team
