Dotson Bridge and Mentoring Program Mentor

The Dotson Bridge and Mentoring Program at Simmons University seeks a mentor to work with ALANA nursing students. The mentor will provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help students succeed in their academic and professional pursuits. The mentor will also participate in monthly meetings and an annual assessment/evaluation process. The position is compensated at $43/hour and is non-benefits eligible.

Requirements

• Must have a BSN, though MSN is preferred
• Mentors who work with Scholars in our FNP program must be an NP and be comfortable tutoring in Pathophysiology
• Mentors are expected to be available for face-to-face meetings on campus or in the Boston area
