Job Description
The Maintenance Technician III plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of campus facilities. This senior-level technician performs advanced maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with 8+ years of experience in building maintenance, electrical repair, plumbing repair, Carpentry, and/or trades.
- Valid Massachusetts Drivers’ License.
- Experience working with building automated systems (e.g., BAS, HVAC controls, energy management systems)
- Vocational or technical training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
- Journeyman or Master-level licenses in relevant trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing).
- Project coordination or supervisory experience, including mentoring junior technicians or overseeing contractors.
